Sanovia cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses;
  • Failed delivery attempts;
  • Parcels returned due to insufficient or inaccurate address information.

If a parcel is returned to the sender because of incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, Sanovia cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

Delays caused by courier services, customs authorities, severe weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control are outside our direct responsibility.
